Incipio is known for its legendary and exceptional customer service. When purchased through www.incipio.com, Incipio’s customer service team will assist you with your return process.
Incipio's Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price provided the following conditions are met:
- Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.incipio.com
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase. If your return request is approved, Incipio will issue an authorized RMA#.
- All return requests must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from incipio.com
- All returns must include an authorized RMA# on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
- All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of issuance of the RMA#.
- Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returning product to Incipio
- Returned product must be unopened and in like-new, resalable condition
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Submitting a Return Request
To request a replacement or refund, please submit an RMA request or contact our Customer Service Department directly. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If approved, you will receive an email from email@example.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request.
