Duo for iPhone 15

I’ve owned a duo case for the last 5-6 years and loved them. The last one I order has a smooth plastic back which makes the phone extremely slippery. I liked it when they had more of a rubbery, tacky feel.

Only difference from older models is the exterior grip/feel; it went from that grippy rubber material to a more slippery plastic. But my phone finally slides out of my pocket when I go to grab it.

I’ve been using Incipio cases for years. More specifically, buying the thin clear option. At the time of purchase, this was the only one. I’ve almost never had an issue and the only time I broke one was after two years of use. I’ve had this case in use for about three months and it’s broken already. I’ve barely even dropped this phone. Not the same quality I am used to from Incipio and I’m disappointed.

I've been a fan of the Duo cases for many years. First for my Android, then for at least three iPhones. Then I wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 15, so I ordered the case. Turns out, AT&T did not have the phone in stock, so the case stayed in its packaging for a while.
When the phone finally arrived, I realised that Incipio has changed the Duo. The coating is now no longer anti-slip. It is a very distinct departure from the previous cases. I contacted them about it, and asked if I could return it. Since this was now more than 30 days, they declined. So I'm left with a case that is sub-par for their standards, and I'm stuck with it. Very poor customer service, and I will not ever be getting another one of their products.
