Track Your Order

• Please note: Our office will be closed Monday, May 27th, in recognition of Memorial Day. All orders placed after 2pm PST on Friday (5/24) will be shipped the following Tuesday (5/28).

• Please note: Payments for pre-order items will be processed immediately. We are able to process a cancellation up until your order has been shipped.

• Orders will need to be placed prior to the 2pm PST cutoff time to ensure timely delivery for the holidays. Please refer to our Holiday Shipping Calendar for full details.

• Please Note: Orders containing items marked for pre-order will ship only when all items are available for shipping. No partial shipments will be made.

• We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday 9am to 2pm Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed the following business day.

• Domestic orders over $120.00 USD will be subject to signature confirmation

• We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for Economy, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air*, and FedEx Overnight*
  *FedEx 2nd Day & FedEx Overnight orders received after 2pm PST will be processed the following work day. Please also note that FedEx Overnight orders processed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. FedEx 2nd Day Air orders processed on Thursdays will arrive the following Monday. FedEx 2nd Day Air orders processed on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday.

• We ship to the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

• We ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that these shipments cannot be shipped via FedEx.

• We are unable to ship via FedEx to PO box addresses (domestic or international).
