nano wrist straps

I am a big fan of incipio and own phone cases and ipad cases made by incipio. This is why I decided to purchase these wrist strap from yourselves, I have found that the quality of the items is again very good. However I have had an issue with the delivery of my order, this is because the strap was a gift for a family member and unfortunately the wrong colour strap was delivered delaying the gift being given. I feel this is a small issue as when contacting incipio I found them very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, I am now waiting for the correct strap to arrive in the post. Regards Mr Barnett
