very good case
This is a very solid, durable case, and is a great choice. I'd had an Incipio Feather case for two years (excellent, by the way) but thought I wanted something 'sturdier'. There are a couple drawbacks however. The silicone liner is troublesome to align when snapping the outer case on. Even after several tries, it's not perfectly aligned. That hasn't posed any operational problems, just a little annoyance. Also, compared to the Feather case I'd had previously, the outer shell is much slicker. I haven't dropped it yet, but it certainly slides around on the car seat, etc. WAY more than the Feather ever did. If there was a case with this level of 'sturdiness' that had the Feather's tactile feel, you'd have a real winner.

Incipio iPhone 3G 3GS duroSHOT Hard Polycarbonate Case
The attraction of hard outer shell, silicon inner liner for shock absorption, and still be very slim were the selling points. The last hard part needs better directions for assembly. Once together it is great!
