The Bombproof -- This thing is thick, tough, and durable. I've actually thrown my phone at a concrete wall (iOS maps...long story) and my phone turned out to be fine.
Its doesn't have a hard case, however chances are it's not going to get run over by a car. If you're like me, you're probably going to fumble and drop it -- In which case the hefty rubber absorbent body will completely absorb the impact.
A number of times I've accidentally (and once purposely) dropped it in this case, watched it bounce, and had absolutely no issue with the phone when I retrieved it.
In it's design, the rubber padding is about twice thick around the edges, and about three times as thick on the corners - making it well designed for those spinning tumbles.
This thing is far more shock absorbent the my previous case (an Otterbox) and would completely recommend the Bombproof over all other cases.
