This case is perfect. As was noted in other reviews, the finishes on the case are very stylish and well done. It feels solid and perfectly fit's my need for a protective case which is attractive, functional, and well constructed. The iPad is held very secure and my magnetic cover does indeed function to sleep/wake the device. The price point for this case is excellent as well. I would definitely recommend.

The case is beautifully made, stylish and very practical. Magnets to (un)lock when opening the case do work, ignore the other reviews which say otherwise. Can't fault this case, great value for money :)
